This HIIT academic training will help our student athletes keep focus and value knowledge!
Directly after our HIIT Academic Training there will be an opportunity for a personal assessment, depending on the lesson of the day this can range from a quick open note quiz, a number of equations, or an excerpt from a novel to review. There is no homework so all personal assessment work will be done in class.
The group retention of the lesson offers our student athletes a chance to work and learn in community. This lesson will look different depending on each discipline and can range from a STEM challenge, escape room, or a another method for analyzing overall retention of the lesson. For Digital Communications this can include crafting public relations campaigns, newsroom department correlation and much more. The goal is to have the entire team working towards an activity based extension of the lesson.
